Batteries, which are used as energy storage tools, widely today and of great importance. Batteries developed in many different technologies. Today, batteries appear areas such computers, electrical vehicles, electronic devices aircraft. Since they various fields, battery preferences can be determined according to the purpose use. In this study, properties usage purposes nickel-cadmium (Nickel-Cadmium, Ni-Cad) type aircraft emphasized. The modeling Ni-Cad cell at time charge discharge was carried out using MATLAB/Simulink. While modeling, Thevenin equivalent circuit model used. Within scope experimental test data were obtained from workshop where tests cells out. graphs those performed compared. As a result comparison, it seen that successful results close each other. With made faster more reliable system created thought manufacturers could easily access for testing purposes.
